马家柚及变异品系果实发育期间矿质营养变化及与果实内含物的相关性研究

(L.)Osbeck]以及变异品系粗皮马家柚果皮与果肉中N、P、K、Ca、Mg含量和积累量变化及其与果实主要内含物变化的关系。结果表明:二者果实(果皮和果肉)各矿质元素含量变化规律相似,除果皮中Ca在采收时含量最高外,其他元素最高水平都在幼果期。二者果实(果皮和果肉)中P、K、Ca和Mg元素在二者中积累基本呈上升趋势,并在果实膨大期出现大量积累。粗皮马家柚在果皮中N积累时间比马家柚延长2个月。马家柚和粗皮马家柚可溶性固形物(SSC)、总糖(TS)、可滴定酸(TA)、维生素C(Vc)以及糖酸比变化趋势基本一致。通过多元线性逐步回归分析发现,除二者糖酸比与果肉Ca呈现较大的正相关外,其他果实内含物与果实N、P、K、Ca和Mg相关性较低。
